The old wooden furniture and loving décor details lend the "Alpenrose” apartment a very rustic atmosphere in perfect harmony with rural life. And still you can take advantage of all modern comforts: here at the Obereggerhof tradition blends in with the comforts of modern life. The large balcony of the Alpenrose apartment offers a unique panoramic view over Merano and surroundings.

The apartment has a large living room with a fireplace which creates a warm, romantic atmosphere on the coldest winter days. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Directly from the bedroom you can access the balcony. The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the apartment you’ll find linen, crockery, free WiFi (mit bis zu 100 Mbit/s im Download und bis zu 20 Mbit/s im Upload) and cable TV. (Total surface area of the apartment: 60m².)
