Children discount: - Children up the age of 4 stay for free. - Children aged 4 to 14 will be charged Euro 20,00 per day. Pets: Your furry friends are welcome to stay in our house. Your dog pays Euro 10,00 per day/ food not included. (Please bring a basket, dog bed or a blanket.) Final cleaning: there is a charge of Euro 120,00 for the final cleaning of the apartments. |

Good to know...
Reservations:
- Reservations are only effective and binding after written confirmation from both parties. We are really sorry but we can’t reserve any specific accommodation.
Deposit (security deposit)
- We will ask for a deposit for time-remote bookings. Only after receipt of the deposit we consider the booking as binding.
Payment methods:
- unfortunately, we don’t accept credit nor EC cards.
Tourist tax:
- please note that on top of your final price you’ll be charged Euro 2,80 Euro per person per day (from 14 years upwards) to cover the statuary city tax. This has to be paid on the spot.
Arrival:
- Saturday is our arrival day. All apartments, the holiday home and the chalet will be available from 3pm.
Departure:
- Please vacate your apartment, holiday home or chalet by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for the final cleaning. Late checkouts will be charged with an additional day.
Cancellation conditions:
cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a right of withdrawal under the following conditions of cancellation according to Art. 1382 of Civil Code:
- When booking for a later date your deposit will be automatically retained.
- For cancellations end change one`s booking made within 120 days prior to your arrival we will only charge an administration fee of Euro 50,00.
- For all cancellations made after this period and within 30 days prior to your arrival we will charge 50% of the total price of your stay.
- For all cancellations made 29 days or more prior to your arrival we will charge 90% of the total price of your booking.
- For no-shows and early departures, we will charge the total price of your accommodation.
- We strongly recommend you take out a travel/holiday cancellation insurance.

- From the end of May to mid-September our guests have free access to the panoramic outdoor swimming pool in Scena!

- Household items: detergents, tea towels, kitchen paper, coffee filters, spices, oil and vinegar, sugar, soap dispenser, toilet paper, etc... are available.
